Summary

Responsible for promotion and Account management of Toshiba’s Semiconductor products.   Manage relationship with key accounts on a direct basis or with support from our independent representatives and distributors.
 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 
  • Manage Toshiba’s Semiconductor Sales activities in the designated region.
  • Manage Manufacturer’s Reps and franchised distributors in the territory to drive assigned short, and long, term objectives.
  • Create, and execute, promotional strategies for assigned accounts. 
  • Develop deep customer relationships to enable successful Design Win and revenue enhancement activities
  • Gain functional knowledge of assigned vertical markets.
  • Provide project visibility, coordinate activities, and act as an advisor to immediate manager.
  • Foresee and solve problems where there is little precedent to guide the solutions.
  • Serve as role model for calculated risk taking.
  • Assure that customer needs are assessed, addressed, and met.
  • Interpret, execute, and recommend modifications to company policies

Requirements

 
  • Proven experience as an Account Development Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
  • Excellent sales acumen and a proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic account development and new business acquisition.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform account development strategies and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales enablement tools.

Education

 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
