Responsible for supporting the promotion and account development of Toshiba’s Semiconductor products within an assigned region. Partners with key customers, manufacturer’s representatives, and distribution channels to drive revenue growth, support design win activities, and expand market presence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day semiconductor sales activities within the assigned territory
Support Manufacturer’s Representatives and franchised distributors to achieve short- and long-term sales objectives
Execute account plans and promotional activities for assigned customers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support design win and revenue growth opportunities
Identify and track new business opportunities within assigned accounts
Develop working knowledge of assigned markets, products, and applications
Provide updates on account activity, project status, and pipeline to management
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and engineering) to support customer needs
Address customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues
Ensure alignment with company policies and sales processes
Travel required within region (20-40%)
Requirements
3 – 7 years of experience in account management, sales, business development (semiconductor or technical industry preferred)
Demonstrated ability to support revenue growth through account development and customer engagement
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Solid understanding of customer needs and market dynamics
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in CRM systems and standard business tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Salary Range: $96,800 - $127,800
