HR Summer Intern

TMA is looking for passionate and driven students from all disciplines and beyond to be a part of our summer internship.  We offer an invigorating program where interns will be contributing to projects with meaningful outcomes – this is not a coffee and copy internship.  Our internship runs eight weeks during the summer between June and August and is open to students with a minimum of two years of college from an accredited 4-year university.  While our goal is to groom a talent pool of future employees, we cannot guarantee an internship will transition to full-time position.

HR Intern

In this position, the intern will focus on assisting the HR team in an exciting new program being built from the ground up. The candidate will be a key player in organizational details of the program, minor event involvement, helping with special projects, and more HR projects. We are looking for students who are interested in human resources who can bring a fun optimistic attitude to the team.

Position Requirements:

  • Outgoing personality who is willing to work with a wide range of personalities
  • Excellent MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Exchange, etc.)
  • Creative and innovative mindset
  • Collaborative team player
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • An unusual blend of creative/analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to manage and meet deadlines
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
