Responsible for directing the planning, development, implementation, administration, and budgeting of one or more of the following human resource functions: compensation, benefits. Advises company management in compensation matters, making or recommending appropriate decisions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain payroll policies, procedures, and systems to ensure efficient and correct processing of employee payments.
Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, including data entry, calculation, and validation of salaries, bonuses, benefits, and deduction.
Produce and upload journal entries for month-end close.
Review and analyze payroll reports to identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Conduct regular audits of payroll records, processes, and systems to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
Develop and execute payroll strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
Stays updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure Payroll Programs and policies remain current and compliant.
